The Vitamin Guy Ships a couple different ways, and others can be requested at the customer's expense.

Canada Post: Expedited or XpressPost are the two most commonly used, usually no more than 5 business days within Canada, and up to 15 business days to the USA. This is the most cost efficient method of shipping because orders under 5lbs with a total of $100 or more are shipped FREE using this method. (Free shipping for within Canada only)

Greyhound: Recommended for within Alberta only, fastest shipping method across Canada.

UPS/FedEx/Purolator: If the buyer has a shipping account and they wish to ship through these companies, they can request it at the time of original order placement, otherwise these are not offered.

Air/Overnight shipping is not available.
