For the temporary relief of symptoms of stress, including restlessness, insomnia, nervous tension, and stress due to PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) and menopause; restlessness in children.

Ingredients: Each 300 mg tablet contains as active ingredients: Magnesia carbonica 3x, Ignatia amara 4x, Phosphoricum acidum 4x, Sepia 4x 60 mg each; Kali bromatum 4x, Zincum valeriancium 4x 30 mg each in a lactose base. Each 300 mg tablet contains as an inactive ingredient: Magnesium stearate.

Dosage: Adults and Children above 6 years: 1 tablet subingually or dissolved completely in mouth 3 times daily or as directed by a physician. Infants and children to 6 years: 1/2 the adult dosage.
